Tender and small works enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, the website sends your contact details, project brief and any sharing link to Newell’s enquiry mailbox using Resend. This mailbox feeds Newell’s existing Ops intake for staff review and quotation development. The website does not create a separate enquiry database or upload your files.

Resend receives the addresses and email content needed to deliver the enquiry and your confirmation. A reference is shown once Resend accepts the messages for delivery. This is not confirmation that a person has read the enquiry, that it has appeared in Ops, or that a booking or tender deadline has been agreed.

Sharing links and business records

Drawing and photograph links are included in the email brief. The website does not open those links or copy their files. Access to the source files remains controlled by the sharing service you choose.

Emails and records handled in Newell’s business systems follow the company’s enquiry and contract record policies. No separate website enquiry store is enabled. Contact Newell for the retention arrangements that apply to your enquiry or contract.

Form security

The website uses temporary form tokens and request counters to reduce spam. Counters use protected identifiers, last up to an hour in server memory and are not used for advertising. Form details are processed while sending and are not saved to website storage. This form sets no sign-in or tracking cookie.

Fictional samples and the QR code

The inspection report, scaffold tag and dashboard illustration use fictional demonstration data. They contain no live client records, inspector credentials or private financial information. The sample QR opens the sample inspection section on this website; it does not connect to Newell’s operational system or track scans.

Website technology

The website has no advertising, tracking analytics or embedded third-party maps. Fonts and photographs are served with the site. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
