QS & SUPPLY CHAIN TEAMS / PUT US TO THE TEST

Send us your
hardest tender.

Give us the drawings. Give us the programme. Give us the awkward details. Then judge us on the return.

AMBITIOUS. SPECIFIC. AGREED.

Set the brief.
Start the clock.

We welcome demanding packages. The challenge starts with the information and an accepted deadline, so you know exactly what we have committed to return.

  1. 01

    Send the complete brief.

Site, drawings, elevations, quantities if available, loading, phasing, hire period, access restrictions and the pricing format you need.

    A package we can assess
  2. 02

    We confirm the commitment.

We review the information, flag gaps and identify survey or design needs. We confirm challenge acceptance, the named reviewer and the exact return time.

    The clock starts on acceptance
  3. 03

    Assess the return.

Receive a priced proposal with quantities, scope, assumptions, hire basis and phased programme. Senior-reviewed, AI-assisted preparation; estimator sign-off before issue.

A basis for your commercial decision

MORE THAN A NUMBER AT THE BOTTOM

A return your QS
can work with.

You need to compare scope, understand the hire basis and see the interfaces. We set out what is included and what still needs to be resolved.

Prepare your challenge brief

The return we are aiming for

  • Priced scope and quantities
  • Assumptions, inclusions and exclusions
  • Design responsibility and outstanding dependencies
  • Agreed hire period and extension basis
  • Phased erection, adaptation and dismantling programme
  • Named estimator review and next steps

THE CHALLENGE BASIS

Know where the clock stands.

Complete brief and acceptance: sending an enquiry does not start the clock. We first confirm the information is sufficient, accept the package and give you an exact return date and time. Working hours, weekends and bank holidays are accounted for in that written confirmation.

Design, surveys and changes: if the package needs more time, we say so before accepting the challenge and propose a return date. New information or a changed scope may require a revised date, agreed with you.

A turnaround target: this is a tender challenge, not a financial guarantee. It does not create a booking or a right to a discount. Site availability and final terms are confirmed separately.

Hire basis: early dismantling does not give a discount or price reduction; the full agreed hire period is charged.
